UMASS to MAC???

ESPN reports UMASS could join in 2013. As a UB fan, I like the move east, even tho were probably closer to Bowling Green than UMASS, I think we identify with the east coast cities more than the Ohio ones.
I would love to see BGSU join Toledo in the West and have UMASS in the East, and I definitely would like to see the MAC even out the divisions.

UMass is better than status quo.
At the very least UMass football will balance out the football divisions for the MAC.
They would have to be one of the top choices for 14 along with Illinios State (boy did talk of ISU joining the MAC die down) and Western Kentucky. At least the MAC didn’t try to offer Youngstown State as the 14.
