Avis Commack is a very good cornerback for Akron, and the proof is in the fact he transferred from Florida State. But Jordan Lynch leads the country in total yards on offense (2,759), including 1,000 on the ground. Fifteen of those yards came at the expense of Commack.
Lynch had 131 yards on the ground and 223 yards passing, accounting for four touchdowns in NIU's 37-7 win over Akron.
