Nothing Really Happening In Kent State-Eastern Michigan
This ... ugh, this is just not pretty. Kent State leads 3-0 after one quarter. Freddy Cortez, last week's hero, hit a 42-yard field goal for the only offense. Other than that, Eastern Michigan has run 12 plays for a total of ... four yards. Yep, that's it. Tyler Benz threw an interception that was deflected off a receiver's hands late in the quarter to set up good KSU field position.
