Kent State took at 17-7 lead at halftime, but EMU did increase their offensive output from four yards to 82. Bronson Hill has accounted for 70 of those yards, 68 of them on a touchdown scamper.
KSU got their scores on a Trayion Durham run and a Spencer Keith pass to Dri Archer (who else?) who bobbled it a bit after maintaining possession. It was reviewed by they gave it to him.
So far the game feels like a slow grind, but given how they won six games last season, that's actually how EMU likes it.
