Per WTVG:

.@utmattcampbell says Austin Dantin will start at QB for UT in the #PotatoBowl Saturday vs Utah State. Also says Terrance Owens will play.

Well, this was a possibility. Dantin. the embattled senior, started the season finale against Akron due to an Owens injury and did quite well, throwing five touchdowns and completing over 80 percent of his passes against Akron.

I recall after their win over Bowling Green, Matt Campbell was asked about him and said they would need Austin Dantin this season, even though Owens was playing 100 percent of QB snaps at the time. But it looks like we're back to the two-QB system, everybody!
