VIDEO: Buffalo's Hook-And-Lateral Touchdown Vs. UConn

Buffalo narrowed the lead against Connecticut with an unusual pass-and-hook-and-lateral.

Buffalo lost by a touchdown to UConn, but they would've lost by two were it not for Alex Zordich's throw to Alex Neutz, which was pitched to Brandon Murie for a 50-yard touchdown. What I like about this play: usually the hook-and-lateral takes you another direction, but Buffalo just kept moving rightward.

Murie later added a reception for a short gain, resulting in this odd receiving line: 1 reception, 53 yards, long of 49, and a touchdown.
