The first home-and-home series of the season for UMass will feature two games against the Wildcats as the Minutemen look to build on a split with Maine last weekend.

Results have been mixed for the UMass Minutemen through the first few weeks of the 2013-14 hockey season. After sweeping Michigan State, the Minutemen were swept and then split with Maine to finally earn their first Hockey East victory.

This weekend is an opportunity to build on that split with a home-and-home series with UNH. Here is what has been happening in the world of UMass Hockey over the last week.
