Jordan Lynch, Keith Wenning Have Solid 2nd Day At Shrine Game Practices

+

It looks like a pair of former MAC quarterbacks had impressive days today as practice for the East-West Shrine Game continue. Jordan Lynch, the former NIU signal-caller and a Heisman finalist, is on the East's roster and impressed ESPN's Steve Meunch who wrote that Lynch "flashed and made some crisp throws." Lynch is facing an uphill battle that has many questing his passing abilities and throwing mechanics, so for him to have a solid day of showing that he can make NFL caliber throws is key. But Lynch isn't the only MAC quarterback participating in Saturday's Shrine Game. Former Ball State QB Keith Wenning is on the West roster with a pair of BCS quarterbacks; Notre Dame's Tommy Rees and Washington's Keith Price. But according to Muench it is Wenning who stood out amongst the West's QBs.
