Cleveland State 69, Ball State 63
This was ostensibly a game that got away from the Cardinals. While they never controlled the game, they led at halftime and had a 53-53 tie with 7:57 left, at which point the Vikings went on a 9-0 run to take the game out of question. Jesse Berry did score a game-high and career-best 28 points and Chris Bond posted 12 points, seven rebounds and three blocks.
That's now three straight losses for Ball State and the schedule doesn't get any easier with a game at Butler on Saturday.
