Despite the pace of the game being never-ending death, the Falcons probably stocked together their best game of the year. A'uston Calhoun muscled his way to 19 points on 11 shots (12-for-12 on free throws) and Richaun Holmes bounced back with a nice nine points, four rebounds and three blocks. They didn't shoot well overall, other than at the free throw line, but they did keep the Raiders to just two second-chance opportunities and created enough turnovers to make the score look ugly.
Moving on, the 4-4 Falcons play Samford on Saturday.
