Illinois has been the stomping grounds for the Broncos' recruits. Yesterday was an example as Neuqua Valley's tight end Brett Borske announced his commitment to coach P.J. Fleck right after his visit to Western Michigan. "Right after my visit I discussed it with my parents, and then gave coach Fleck a call and made my commitment," Borske told Hustle Belt. "They were very excited about my decision." Borske chose Western Michigan over reported offers from Nevada, Wyoming, Illinois State, Buffalo, Southeast Missouri State, Southern Illinois, and North Dakota.
Blessed to say that I've committed to Western Michigan University to continue my academic and football career!! #RTB pic.twitter.com/OKsTC8QlcT

Hustle Belt was fortunate enough to catch up to the Broncos' newest recruit and find out what influenced him to pick Western Michigan.
"(Western Michigan is) just a great overall atmosphere, and I was very impressed with the facilities, campus, and coaching staff!"
Borske went on to say that he also likes how the Western Michigan football program is "family-based" and that the coaching staff is "very passionate."
The Naperville, Illinois product is a great fit for the Broncos offense. While at Neuqua Valley, Borske played both defensive end and tight end, but it is believed that Borske is being recruited as a tight end. As an incoming senior, Borske is already listed at 6-foot-6 and 235 pounds, which is a perfect size for a tight end. At his size, Borske will be excellent at blocking and help picking up blitzes by opposing defenses. Borske is commit number 20 for the Broncos' 2016 recruiting class.
