Halftime Update: Toledo 31, Buffalo 0

What should have been a top-tier MAC matchup isn't looking good for a conference unbeaten, as the Toledo Rockets lead the Buffalo Bulls 31-0 after the first half.

David Fluellen was thought to be a go for Toledo today, only to be benched at the last minute. Kareem Hunt has once again filled in admirably, already racking up 148 yards on 24 carries and a touchdown. Damion Jones-Moore broke off a 53 yard touchdown run, but hasn't seen the field since, having suffered a concussion. Marc Remy (wearing Fluellen's number, oddly enough) will get some carries in his stead. Through the air, Terrance Owens is 7-14 for 145 yards, with a 59 yard touchdown pass to Bernard Reedy back in the first. TO also ran in a TD on a QB draw.

As for Buffalo, Brandon Oliver hasn't been able to accomplish much: 12 carries for 24 yards. Joe Licata is connecting with his receivers, they're just not getting that far: Licata is 12-22 for 119 yards, but the always reliable Alex Neutz only has 2 catches for 24 yards. To sum up Buffalo's night so far: their final play of the half was a double hook-and-lateral that fell out of a runner's hands, to which Toledo recovered on Buffalo's 3 yard line, giving them a free shot at a field goal before going into the break.

For the #MACtion fans, just pretend Bowling Green and Toledo are playing again. Hey Falcons, you're winning!
