After building a 12-point lead in the second half, American stormed back to tie it in the final three minutes. But Corie Buchanan scored the final four points of the game and iced the win. Buchanan had 13 points, as did freshman Jessica Jessing (fun name!) scored 13 points as well, but in just nine bench minutes.
