The Zips remain perfect with a nice little pounding of the visiting Bulldogs. They had a huge lead at halftime and never let up, powered behind nine fewer turnovers and some cold Bryant shooting. For Akron, Rachel Tecca led them with 27 points and 10 rebounds. Hanna Luburgh added 16 points and 8 rebounds, and Sina King contributed 11 points and eight rebounds. Kacie Cassell did some of everything with three points, seven assists and six steals.
Now at 3-0, Akron next squares off with a trip to Saint Francis (PA).
