How's this for a turnover ratio: The Zips had just five turnovers while Canisius gave it up 20 times. Kinda hard to keep up with 80-point scoring like that.
Rachel Tecca netted 20 points, Hanna Luburgh had 17, Taylor Ruper shot for 16 and Sina King had 13 points. Akron's looking strong so far as they improve to 6-1.
Their next match will be a Wednesday trip to George Mason.
