All in all, excellent win for the Bobcats, who snap a five-game losing streak. EKU has wins over Kent State and Miami and entered the match 5-3, so to keep the turnovers down and make their free throws against a successful opponent was a great sign. Scoring was a team effort: Erin Bailes, Symone Lyles, Shavon Robinson and Kiyanna Black all scored between 12 and 14 points, Lyles being the most efficient with her 12 points coming on six shots and 7-for-8 free throw shooting.
Ohio improves to 2-5 and they'll get Morehead State on Sunday evening.
