Though one may not think of Florida as a recruiting hotspot for a school based in the mid-West, Northern Illinois has had success for some time now in getting undervalued prospects from one of the most talent rich states in the union. With 2015 WR prospect Richie Cooper, NIU has done it again.
The 5-foot-11, 178-pound speedster out of Hillandale High in Hillandale, Florida only carried offers from NIU, Appalachian State and Marshall, but has the potential to be a serious weapon from the slot in NIU's spread attack.

Cooper also joins a pair of talented TEs, and QB Daniel Santacaterina in the Huskies 2015 class, giving them a nice mix of future offensive weapons.
