The MAC seems to be a fairly offensive conference, at least in terms of individual performances worthy of a player-of-the-week type honor. Last week's winner, Chandler Harnish, put up a very impressive line again this week, but he gets bumped to co-runner up status with Bowling Green's Matt Schilz for doing so in a losing effort. Same holds true for Eric Page - great performance, but his team lost, so he gets...co-co-runner-up?
This week's winner is Buffalo's Khalil Mack, who put up a very impressive line of eight tackles, one sack, 3.5 TFL, two forced fumbles, and one INT. Follow after the jump for the close-but-not-quite runner up candidates.
Buffalo RB Branden Oliver - 15 carries for 126 yards and 3 TD
Temple RB Bernard Pierce - 18 carries 150 yards 3 TDs
Bowling Green QB Matt Schilz - 16-for-23, 258 yards, 5 TD, 1 INT
Northern Illinois QB Chandler Harnish - 27-of-33 for 313 yards 2 TD, 11 carries for 89 yards and 3 TD
Toledo WR Eric Page - 12 catches for 145 yards and 2 TD
Eastern Michigan RB Javonti Greene - 22 carries for 146 yards
Eastern Michigan RB Dominique Sherrer - 16 carries for 111 yards and 1 TD
(see that, cmadler? they each got their own line this week!)
Feel free to comment on any defensive performances I may have missed - harder to find those amid the box scores and recaps.
