OHIO/CMU Fight Suspensions: Jas'Mine Bracey, Porsha Harris, Jessica Green, Crystal Bradford Get 2 Games

You most likely saw last night's punch-scuffle this morning and pretty much assumed there would be more collateral damage than just the two ejections. And now we know.

The MAC handed down its final judgment For CMU, and it's a bit steeper and more prolific than at least I expected. Central Michigan starters Jas'Mine Bracey, Crystal Bradford and Jessica Green were all given two game suspensions. OHIO's Porsha Harris will also sit out two games to cool off and think about what she did. Possibly even call up her enemies and make up.

OHIO's not very much in the MAC race, but Central, at 4-3, is one of those four or five teams I'm pretty sure have — or least had — a real chance to win the regular season. But with Bracey, Bradford AND Green gone? This takes out the Chippewas top three scorers, totaling 36.3 points per game and 19.6 rebounds, and sits 'em on the bench, or some other seating area far removed from the court.

The worst news, however: their next games are against Bowling Green (7-0) and Miami (5-2). Yeah, two games are crucial in any MAC season, but those are not the ones to miss.
