Bowling Green 24 - Buffalo 7

Make no mistake, the Falcons came to play a little bit of defense, as they held Buffalo's offense to 236 yards of total yards. Bowling Green will now head over to Detroit for their chance to beat Northern Illinois in the Mid-American Conference championship game.

#14 Northern Illinois 33 - Western Michigan 14

Jordan Lynch ran for 321 rushing yards, which is a new FBS single-game rushing record by a quarterback. The old record was 316 yards. Lynch was the quarterback.

Akron 31 - Toledo 29

Central Michigan 42 - Eastern Michigan 10

Zurlon Tipton: 20 carries, 216 yards, four touchdowns. And he has how many screws in his ankle?

Ball State 55 - Miami 14

Okay, it was against Miami University, but Keith Wenning threw for 445 yards with six touchdowns. That's video game numbers.

Ohio 51 - UMass 23

It would've been crazy embarrassing if the 'Cats would have lost in this finale. Out of the seven teams that Ohio beat this year, only two of the teams (North Texas and Marshall) have winning records. Also, Beau Blankenship ran for 124 yards, which was his second 100+ yard rushing performance of the year.
