Toledo also picked up a commitment from OT Christian Beard (Waco, TX) on Tuesday. Beard is rated as a top #100 OL recruit in the nation by both 247 Sports and ESPN. Beard will be tasked with protecting (2) top MAC QB recruits Travis Smith and Mike Berry who committed to Toledo earlier this year. Beard is currently the highest rated recruit for the rockets and is the 20th commit for 2014.
