Shake off the Christmas ham hangover, we've got a bowl game to play! It's the 2013 Little Caesars Pizza Bowl (probably the last one ever) and it's Bowling Green vs. Pittsburgh for all the Crazy Bread. Get your Hot n' Ready's out because this should be a fun one.
Last time we saw Bowling Green, it was shocking the Mid-American Conference by thoroughly stomping the then undefeated Northern Illinois Huskies in the MAC Championship Game. That seems like eons ago, and a lot has happened since then. The Falcons' then head coach, Dave Clawson, is in Winston Salem, the new Wake Forest head man in charge. BG already tapped it's new guy in Baylor-product Dino Babers, but for now, it's former assistant coach Adam Scheier's job to keep the Falcons rolling. The problem? Pitt has a nasty defense that Bowling Green's offense must get through.
We'll be covering the game IN PERSON, that's right, we've got credentials ladies and gents and are sending Alex Alvarado to the game to bring you up to the minute coverage right here in our StoryStream. We're also going to be holding it down here at the Belt, hosting a Pizza Bowl open thread as only we can do it. So swing on by, hang out and join the conversation (it's easy, just scroll to the bottom and either log in, create an SB Nation account, or sign in using a social media account). Oh, and don't forget the Crazy Bread.
