Ohio 38 - Austin Peay 0

Tyler Tettleton was responsible for the first three touchdowns of the game, which is good because Blankenship has yet to reach the century mark in rushing yards for a single game.

Northern Illinois 43 - Eastern Illinois 39

Both teams had 14 penalties for over 100 yards. Not a very sexy win for the Huskies, but somehow they took care of business.

Akron 30 - LA-Lafayette 35

The Zips lose another close one with some fourth-quarter drama. Even without winning a game against FBS schools, this is one of the better seasons Akron has had in the last half-decade.

Ball State 51 - Eastern Michigan 20

Keith Wenning is the best quarterback in the MAC. The Eagles have one of the worst defenses int he MAC. Add them up and this is what you get. Oh well, it's onto the next one for EMU. #BeatByeWeek

Toledo 38 - Central Michigan 17

Central wore those silly jerseys where they put a letter where the numbers go and Alonzo Russell made a great catch.

Western Michigan 3 - Iowa 59

Kevonte Martin-Manley had two punt returns for touchdowns for 83 and 63 yards within 59 seconds for the Hawkeyes. B.J. Lowery also intercepted a pair of passes and returned them for scores. Van Tubbergen should probably consider playing wide receiver.

Bowling Green 48 - Murray State 7

Three Falcon quarterbacks saw some playing time yesterday. Collectively, they threw four incomplete passes.

Kent State 0 - Penn State 38

Same story, different day.

Miami 0 - Cincinnati 14

The Bearcats were held scoreless until the fourth quarter. Speaking of scoring, the RedHawks are dead last in the nation in that category.

Vanderbilt 24 - UMass 7

Was this a somewhat good game by the Minutemen or is Vandy just that bad? Did anybody even watch it?
