We apologize for this going up late in the day, but you know life happens and such. Well, we're here now. There are two basketball games tonight:

  • Central Michigan at Toledo (6:00 on MACDN)
  • Ball State at Kent State (7:00 on MACDN)
The Chips are pretty heavy underdogs tonight but with the way Toledo played last Wednesday you never know. Both teams are coming off losses; the Rockets to Western Michigan and the Chips to Miami.

Ball State is in the same boat, as CMU as they won't be favored tonight either. The Cardinals lost last week at Akron, while Kent State lost at home to Ohio. It's an odd night in that the four teams playing haven't won a game yet, and no teams want to start off the conference season at 0-2.

We've also got some hockey action tonight including a big match-up between Miami and Western Michigan. Alaska-Fairbanks heads to Bowling Green as well, as the puck drops in both games at 7. The Broncos are coming off a fantastic showing against ranked Miami, as recapped by our own Brown and Gold here. BG will try to sweep the Nanooks tonight after beating them 3-0 last night.

So, we've actually got a lot going on tonight. Stop by, say hi, and let's make this awesome.
