How To Watch 2014 GoDaddy.com Bowl, Ball State vs. Arkansas State: Gametime, ESPN, Streaming

The GoDaddy.com Bowl kicks off tonight on ESPN, and we've put together a viewing guide to help you out with the game.

Matt Marton-USA TODAY Sports

The Mid-American Conference football season officially comes to a close tonight as Ball State takes on Arkansas State in the 2014 GoDaddy.com Bowl in Mobile, Ala.. This bowl season has been a nightmare for the MAC so far as it has gone 0-4, and remains the only conference without a single win this post-season. Can Keith Wenning and company bust the slump while winning the Cardinals first bowl game ever, or will the MAC go 0-fer and wrap up one of its worst post-season showings ever?

Overview:

The Cardinals enter Sunday night's game at 10-2 on the season (7-1 MAC), after missing out on a MAC West title due to their lone conference loss to NIU. BSU's only other loss came in Week 3 against North Texas, which wrapped up its season with a win over UNLV in the Heart of Dallas Bowl on New Year's Day. The Cardinals have been chugging along all season, quietly dispatching opponents one-by-one thanks to a balanced and prolific offense that is as good as they come. Senior quarterback Keith Wenning, junior wideout Willie Snead and sophomore wideout Jordan Williams make up one of the best aerial attacks in the nation, and junior running back Jahwan Edwards provides the Cardinals with a solid ground game that can catch opposing defenses sleeping. Speaking of defense, BSU didn't win 10 games on offense alone. The Cardinals allow just under 25 points-per-game putting them in the top third of the country defensively.

Arkansas State enters the GoDaddy.com Bowl for the third consecutive season, and under the tutelage of interim head coach John Thompson for the second-straight season. The Red Wolves went 7-5 this season, just slipping into a bowl game. They feature one of the nation's best running attacks, surprisingly without featuring a single 1,000 yard rusher. Arkansas State won the GoDaddy.com Bowl last season against No. 25 Kent State, and are looking for a repeat.
