Tonight's Buffalo-Kent State Game Postponed Until Further Notice
The Mid-American Conference has postponed tonight's game between Buffalo and Kent State after seven feet of snow has wreaked havoc on the Greater Buffalo area, as well as a lot of the New York Turnpike. Up until about 4 p.m., both teams assumed the game would go on as normal, with Buffalo offering free hot chocolate to fans that showed up, and Kent State confident the game would go on, even despite a trip that was delayed by six hours. The conference has not yet announced a make-up date. More details as they come.
