Don't look too excited, Mycal. You're just a professional football player.
In 2013, Swaim (6'4", 212 lbs.) was second on the team with 81 tackles (36 solo) with one interception and 1.5 tackles for loss. He played in all 12 games for the Eagles after playing in only eight in 2012.
Swaim, from Chico, Calif., attended Butte College in Oroville, Calif. to begin his collegiate football career, helping his team to a 10-1 record in 2011. He was a unanimous all-conference and all-region safety as a sophomore with 64 tackles and seven interceptions before transferring to EMU.
