Western Michigan's First Team All-MAC cornerback has accepted his invite to play in the NFLPA Collegiate Bowl. In 2014, Celiscar led the team with four interceptions, 17 pass breakups and 21 passes defended. He also accounted for 60 tackles, fourth on the team.
