Well, we're probably a good Zach Terrell showing away from me being on top, but what can you do, right? BG beat WMU in a big four-point game to give a lot of you a bump over me, but I'm not done yet! BRING IT, CLOWNS.
One guy hit the perfecta last week, and nailed every game plus the high-lows. Congrats to 142niu.
And as promised, here are the cumulative totals. 142niu and Mark26pt2 are in the lead, but only by 3 points. With two regular season weeks left and the post-season, it's still anyone's game.
On to this week!
Tuesday, November 17th
Toledo @ Bowling Green - The Rockets are good, but I think the Falcons are the best team this conference has to offer. They have a very potent offense (both rushing and passing), and the defense can get a stop or two when needed. They just shut down a solid WMU team, and the Rockets have been struggling as of late. No six-in-a-row here. Roll along, BG Falcons.
Ball State @ Ohio - Not sure what's going on in Muncie, but Lembo has a chance to turn his season around and has to take it. Ohio needs the win to get bowl eligible before a big game against NIU next week.
Wednesday, November 18th
Central Michigan @ Kent State - Remember when we were all like "awww man, Kent State has a good defense!"? We completely forgot how awful that offense is. CMU rolls and gets bowl eligible.
Western Michigan @ NIU - *cries* WMU hasn't beaten the Huskies since before I was a student at WMU. It's that bad. Maybe they turn it around this week. I don't know, but I don't like the odds in the wind tunnel that is Dekalb.
Saturday, November 21st
Miami @ UMass - Have you seen the way Miami has been playing lately? They don't look completely terrible! UMass still has and this is their final winnable game in the MAC (and their final home game).
Buffalo @ Akron - Hardest game of the week for me to pick, but I'm going with the Bulls to get bowl eligible over the Zips. Their time is coming next week.
High Team: Bowling Green
Low Team: Kent State
