2016 Central Michigan Football Recruiting Highlights: DE/TE Dante Cleveland receives offer from Chippewas
New CMU head coach John Bonamego and his staff extended an offer to bulky TE/DE Dante Cleveland early Saturday afternoon. Cleveland announced the news on his Twitter page shortly after. Cleveland tells Hustle Belt that CMU is recruiting him as a "big ATH" for now as he projects well on both sides of the ball. At 6-foot-3 240 pounds, Cleveland would make a great red-zone target for any quarterback, however he could have an even higher upside on the defensive side of the ball. Cleveland possesses the speed and pass rushing ability to play defensive line at a high level. CMU is Cleveland's 4th reported offer, the others being Army, Austin Peay, and Ball State.
