CMU's Tinara Moore ties NCAA women's all-time shooting percentage record against Akron

+

In today's game against Akron, Central Michigan was three points away from putting up triple digits on the road in a blowout victory. But there's one statline above all the rest that shines: Tinara Moore's. Moore went 16-16 on field goals, scoring 35 points AND collecting the double-double with 20 rebounds. She passes Ball State's Emma Jones (13-14) for the MAC record, and is the second player in Division I NCAA women's basketball to go 16-16 from the floor, the first to do so since 1988.
