3-star LB Jalen Cochran announced on Twitter this evening that he will be deciding between Miami and Arizona on National Signing Day. Cochran recently received offers from Michigan State and Arizona, however the Spartans did not make his top 2. It seems that Miami has been a constant throughout Cochran's recruiting process and it could earn them a top prospect.
