Week 3 MACtion Bet-kakke

Is this a rebound week or more of the same?

Normally I take you through a gambling lesson and then our picks for the week. Let’s just say Week 2 didn’t go as planned. Thank God for Wisconsin, otherwise, we’d be staring at a 0-6 weekend. Not that 1-5 is all that much better, but a W is a W, I suppose. No advice this week, just straight cash. We started off rocky, but I’m feeling week 3. There’s focus. There’s intensity. There’s big time opportunities in week 3. Or, just bet against everything below. That would have been a pretty solid strategy to this point. But the tide is turning, baby.

Week 2 Results

Oklahoma State (-21) LOSS
Kansas (-3) LOSS
Wisconsin (-24) WIN
Indiana (-18) LOSS
Northern Illinois (+15) LOSS
Eastern Michigan (+25) LOSS

Welp, that’s not ideal.

Season ATS: 2-10
Season Monyline: 2-0
Season Ledger: $-430

Week 3 Maction Lines

There’s intriguing options this weekend, with only 2 FCS/FBS matchups, which means MORE ACTION, SON! With ten lines to pick, we can turn the tide on the season significantly and get back in the win column.

Eastern Michigan (-3.5) @ Charlotte
Western Michigan (-2.5) @ Illinois
Middle Tennessee State (-6) @ Bowling Green
UNLV @ Central Michigan (-12)
Fresno State @ Toledo (-20.5)
San Diego State (-11) @ Northern Illinois
Western Kentucky (-17) @ Miami
Ohio @ Tennessee (-27)
Akron @ Marshall (-17.5)
Buffalo @ Nevada (-12)

Fearless Leader’s Hustle Belt Week 3 Bet-kakke Picks:

Charlotte (+3)
Western Michigan (-2.5)
MTSU (-6)
UNLV (+12)
Toledo (-20.5)
Northern Illinois (+11)
Western Kentucky (-17)
Ohio (+27)
Marshall (-17.5)
Buffalo (+12)

I feel decent about the above and contemplated taking Charlotte on the moneyline. The Ohio pick was a coin flip and completely contingent on Tennessee resting their starters after getting out to a comfortable lead in lieu of their pending schedule of SEC heavyweights. Let’s hope Week 3 is far far better than Week 2 and as always, always be cashing.
