Keys to the Contest
Akron is the top seed in the conference tournament, finishing the season with a 26-7 record. Kent State will have their work cut out for them if they want to take the Zips down, but Walker and Hall are solid players. If the Flashes can get those two the ball, they have a shot. Expect Deon Edwin to contribute as well.
Kent State will have to find an answer to Isaiah Johnson in the middle. He has really validated his Player of the Year award this postseason.
Akron by three, 70-67.
