Taste the #MACtion is Coming Back Because you Need it

Everything is connected. Spectator sports are great, but do so much better with a nice meal. There are trained professionals who’s entire job is just to pair the perfect wine with the perfect meal. I am going to connect MAC sports with food, to make great even greater.

First, I am going to talk about my credentials. I have worked in the food industry for 30+ years, even though I am only 44. Like my father before me, I have won awards. If you examine my family tree, while we have all branched out into other industries, we have all done our time serving people delicious eats.

Second, I am going to talk about why food is a perfect match for #MACtion. Shop local, if you will. Or another word would be niche. What we have is fantastic. The sports we get to watch may not be the most popular, but that is ok. McDonalds is the most popular hamburger. Is it the best?

Exactly.

So, I am going to use my years of experience to show you how to pair great food with great college athletics.

Here is a little story to show just how needed Taste the MACtion is. I own a food establishment and one of my best workers is a phenomenal cook. She is less than 5 feet tall and works her ass off, while also cooking delicious food. However, the other day, we were talking about poaching eggs. In our particular establishment, you don’t need to poach an egg. We don’t serve them. She didn’t know how. It hurt me to my soul. I showed her how, and all was well in the world.

That is what brings us here. A great, professional cook, needs help from time to time. I am here to help. This off season, I will give you all the basics so that you can cook the perfect meal for your Saturday football fest, or a quickie Tuesday Night #MACtion bonanza.
