2019 MAC Football Week 5 Updates

Week 4 turned out to be a dynamite week for the MAC, as the conference participated in some really interesting games, both against out-of-conference opponents and in-conference foes.

The Anniversary Award went to Kent State in a massive blowout, while Central Michigan took the infamous Miami Hurricanes to the last possession in a 17-12 defensive slog.

Week Five will see many of the teams on a BYE week, leading to a fairly reduced footbal schedule as the MAC season finally dawns upon us as a collective. This year’s college football schedule, due to a unique calendar this season, will have two BYE weeks involved for all teams. This means some teams are taking an early game off to rest up from injuries, while others will use it late to take a breather in-confrence.
