As you folks might know, the 2020 NFL Draft starts tonight, and will be held throughout the weekend, with the first round all day Thursday, rounds 2-3 on Friday, rounds 4-7 on Saturday and priority free agent invitations going out Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
Once again, the proceedings will be simulcast on ABC, ESPN, NFL Network and ESPN Deportes for all three days, with ESPN2 joining the coverage on Friday night only (for what reason, I don’t know, really.)
Thursday’s coverage starts at 8 p.m., with Friday starting at 7 p.m. and Saturday starting at 12 p.m., with UDFA and minicap signings concluding Saturday’s action.
Mock drafts haven’t been very kind to the MAC in 2020, with only a handful of familiar names projected to be draft picks, including Western Michigan RB LeVante Bellamy, Ball State OL Danny Pinter and Central Michigan RB Jonathan Ward. We previewed 12 MAC prospects who could get the draft treatment over the next three days earlier this week, if you need a last-minute primer.
This will be our hub for up-to-the-minute updates, so be sure to bookmark it and check back often!
