Back in mid-April, 2015 offensive tackle prospect Zac Ricketts pledged his commitment to Ball State University. The 6-foot-5, 290 pound Bremen, Indiana native provides the Cardinals with a solid o-line prospect.
Considered a Top-30 prospect in the state of Indiana, Ricketts also continues head coach Pete Lembo's tradition of locking up high-caliber in-state prospects. Ricketts has the frame to contribute to the o-line early on, but his skills need some work.
Considering the success Ball State has had with grooming offensive lineman lately, a season under the tutelage of Lembo and his staff should help the currently unranked prospect turn some heads.
