CMU Chippewas at Toledo Rockets: Game Time, TV Schedule, Radio, Streaming and More

The Rockets look to build off a strong start to conference play, while the Chippewas look to rebound after recent struggles.

Andrew Weber-USA TODAY Sports

It's a tale of two teams this Saturday at the Glass Bowl, as Central Michigan hopes to turn around their season while the Rockets of Toledo look to continue their strong MAC play early in the season.

The Rockets are coming off of a tremendous win at home against Ball State last week. In his first start, quarterback Logan Woodside put on a tremendous performance, helping the Rockets put up 34 points against a stout Cardinal defense. Coach Matt Campbell will no doubt look for a similar performance against Central Michigan.

The Chippewas are reeling after a strong start to the season. Two bad losses to Kansas and Syracuse have exposed many weaknesses, particularly on the offensive side of the ball. The Chippewas, however, gain back two key offensive weapons in Thomas Rawls and Titus Davis from suspension and injury respectively. With a healthier and more formidable squad, Dan Enos will be looking to earn his elusive first win against the Rockets.

This is the 43rd meeting between the two teams, with Toledo leading the series 21-18-3. The Rockets also hold a 4 game win streak dating back to 2010.
