2015 Eastern Michigan Football Recruiting: LB Bryan Glover Commits To Eagles

Earlier today Eastern Michigan continued their recent hot streak on the recruiting scene after landing the verbal commitment of class of 2015 linebacker Bryan Glover while hosting the Pittsburgh native on a official visit.

Having the chance to connect with head coach Chris Creighton, and the EMU staff over the weekend played a huge role in Glover's Sunday morning pledge to the Eagles.

"The visit was great. What stood out was the coaches, and players, and their belief in Coach Creighton. They barely talked about football, it was all about family." The 6'2 205 pound Glover, who also considered scholarship offers from Albany, Duquesne, Stony Brook, and Wofford stated to Hustle Belt.

"I really loved the direction Coach Creighton has this new group of guys going in. They are truly a family, and that pushed it over."

Losing Pudge Cotton, and a couple of their other top defenders, early playing time is something the EMU coaches have brought up to Glover.

"They want me to play right away really. They want me as their outside linebacker, safety hybrid. The oppourtunity to play for me is wide open considering the two guys there were seniors."

This past season for Pittsburgh Central Catholic Bryan finished the year off with 68 total tackles for the 11-2 Vikings.
