Eastern Michigan continues to put together an impressive recruiting class. The Eagles class got a lot stronger on Monday night with the commitment of 3-star WR Kezio Snelling.
Snelling is an explosive wide receiver from Steinbrenner High School in Lutz, Florida. Snelling possesses good speed as he runs a 4.51 40-yard dash.
He chose EMU over reported offers from Purdue, Ball State, CMU, Cincinnati, Marshall, Middle Tennessee State, Ohio, South Alabama, Toledo, and Tulane.
Recently, we were able to catch up with Kezio to find out why he chose EMU over an impressive list of offers.
"The fact that I can be around a good group of people and achieve my goals at the same time, just had me feeling like I was at home."
Kezio took his official visit to EMU at the beginning of December and sounds extremely excited to be an Eagle.
"I look forward to winning and having fun while doing it."
At 6-foot-1 175 pounds, Snelling will probably play slot receiver and is also capable of returning kickoffs while at EMU.
This is a great get for coach Creighton and his staff as Kezio is a guy who can compete for immediate playing time once he arrives on campus.
Excited about Kezio's future at EMU? We are too, but in the meantime check out his highlights below:
