Ohio 78, Oakland 61

And that's how you rebound from a difficult two-game skid after starting 6-0. But not unlike their season so far, the second half was a classic game of runs. The Bobcats were up 10 points early in the second half, then OU (the other OU) went on a 19-6 run to take a 53-50 lead with 12 minutes left, fueled by a man named Travis Bader, who sank threes all day to finish with 29 points for the Golden Grizzlies.

And then OHIO got back on track by finishing the game on a 25-11 run of their own. Business complete.

Scoring was disturbed well throughout the team, but Reggie Keely had the most efficient night: 10 points on six shots, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals. DJ Cooper double-doubled with 10 points and 13 assists. Walter Offutt led them in scoring with 14 points.

Now at 7-2, Ohio will attempt to rebuild a winning streak as they host Winthrop.
