Former Presbyterian Blue Hose (one of my favorite college mascots) point guard Eric Washington will be transferring to Miami, according to this tweet from Evan Daniels of Fox Sports.

The Redhawks are losing Quinten Rollins after this season, so look for Washington to assume starting point guard duties in the 2014-2015 season.
Washington logged 34 minutes per game last season while averaging 8.5 points and 6.5 assists. He's also a dead-eye shooter, averaging 44% from the floor and 87% from the free throw line (ranking 33rd in the country).
Coach John Cooper is rebuilding the program at Miami, and will look to continue to add transfers where he can. He's lost four players to transfer already, so filling those scholarships as soon as possible will be of utmost importance. Blake McLimans, a transfer from Michigan, will be able to play next season. After next season, though, Miami only will have seven scholarship players.
