With now two weeks complete in the MAC basketball season, we haven't quite figured everyone out yet. It looks like we have some really good teams but there are some teams that still haven't played anyone worth noting yet (looking at you Central Michigan).

So, let's get to it:

Rank Team Last Week
1 Toledo 1
2 Western Michigan 2
3 Akron 3
4 Eastern Michigan 6
5 Ohio 4
6 Buffalo 5
7 Kent State 7
8 Bowling Green 8
9 Central Michigan 10
10 Northern Illinois 9
11 Miami 11
12 Ball State 12

Eastern Michigan makes the biggest jump of the week, jumping two teams that lost last week. Ohio and Buffalo both lost to good competition, but they still drop. Central Michigan is 4-0; their best start to a season since the 2000-2001 season. We'll see if they can keep their winning ways this week.

There are some good games this week that will further define the pecking order. Those include: Western Michigan-San Diego, Akron-Penn State, Northwestern-Miami, Northern Illinois-Iowa, Belmont-Ohio and Bowling Green-Detroit.

Let us know your rankings in the comments.
