Can tonight live up to the zaniness that was last night? ICYMI, Akron creamed the reigning champions Western Michigan by 20, and honestly the game wasn't even that close. Also, Central Michigan pulled a huge victory in Toledo, beating the Rockets by three after John Simons nailed one in the corner with just seconds remaining.
Here's tonight's lineup:
Time | Game | Watch |
7:00 | Ball State at Eastern Michigan | You gotta pay |
7:00 | Buffalo at Miami | You gotta pay |
7:00 | Bowling Green at Kent State | KentStateSports.com |
7:00 | Northern Illinois at Ohio | OhioBobcats.com |
So, maybe we'll just talk about the two games you can watch for free.
The most intriguing one is Bowling Green-Kent State, where the two surprises of the MAC East go up against each other in what should be a really good match-up. If we get to see Jimmy Hall play against Richaun Holmes, I think we'll all be in for a treat. Buffalo and Miami is also intriguing, as the Bulls start out conference play on the road and it's never easy to win at Millett Hall. The RedHawks are playing a little bit better now and could be a trap game for the Bulls as they head to Western Michigan on Saturday.
Any predictions for tonight? Can Ohio turn it around and start off conference play with a win? Will Eastern Michigan dominate another bad team? We'll get some answers in just a few short hours.
