Two weeks after making a music video that nearly broke the internet, Michael Young and the Pitt Panthers continued their impressive November streak under Jamie Dixon by taking down Kent State on Saturday, 85-76.

Young, Jamel Artis and James Robinson combined for 38 of the Panthers' 42 first half points and the three would be pivotal for the rest of the game in Peterson Events Center.
Pitt has an incredible 120-4 record against non-conference opponents at Peterson Event Center — and a 69-6 record during the month of November under Dixon, including a 53-1 record at home — and it proved why by pulling away from the Golden Flashes late in the first half and continuing to pile on after halftime.
Jimmy Hall, who had a very good first half while battling Young inside, and Xavier Pollard tried to keep Kent afloat, but the Panthers were relentless in their offensive onslaught. Pitt was impressive from the opening tip, but the Golden Flashes were able to keep pace for the first 10 minutes of the game.
Then Young and Artis got hot. Young recorded a career-high tying six assists to go along with a team-leading 23 points and three rebounds while Artis poured in 19 points with four rebounds and an assist . Robinson's double-double of 18 points and 10 assists helped keep Pitt undefeated as well.
Kent got a few stops late and made things interesting, utilizing a full-court press and battling the Panthers for rebounds all game long, but it ultimately proved a futile effort.
Despite getting the score within single digits late and admirable play from Kent's bench, it was never in doubt who would win this game. The Flashes take on Cleveland State at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland next Saturday at 3 Eastern.
