MAC men's basketball open chat: Toledo and Northern Illinois play their delayed game

This pivotal MAC West matchup, which could potentially have a dramatic effect on the MAC Tournament seeding, was cancelled yesterday due to water main break at both Savage Arena and on-campus, which also faced a flurry of their own problems, including heating issues in the dormitories.

Anyway, thanks to Kent State losing to Miami in overtime last night, the Toledo Rockets now control their own destiny in terms of attaining the #1 seed. Central Michigan currently holds the #1 seed in the MAC with their win over Eastern Michigan and Akron's loss last night. To say this game is important, is an understatement.
