The Broncos look to stay perfect in MAC play

The Toledo Rockets (9-6, 1-1) will play host to the Western Michigan Broncos (10-5, 2-0), the only MAC West team to be a perfect in conference play. The Broncos have been hot lately, winning their last four games and six of their last seven.

Josh Davis, G, WMU - In the last three games Davis is averaging 21 points per game and 8.67 rebounds per game.

Thomas Wilder, G, WMU - Wilder has score 15+ points in 11 games this season and has been in double digits the last four games.

Tre’Shaun Fletcher, G, Toledo - Since Christmas, Fletcher is averging just under 22 points per contest and seven rebounds per game.

Jaelan Sanford, G, Toledo - Sanford has scored 15+ points in the last five games for the Rockets, and is averaging 19 points per game and shooting 46.9% from behind the arc in that span.


Prediction

The Broncos will keep it close in the first half but Toledo’s stronger shooting from behind the three point line (39.6% on the year) will lift them late to end WMU’s perfect MAC record.
