The boat stays rowing for the Western Michigan football program. After visiting the Kalamazoo campus over the weekend, running back Jo-El Shaw of Woodland Hills High School (PA) is now a member of the Broncos class of 2016.
The 6'1, 215-pound Shaw chose Western Michigan over Temple, and UMass. Pittsburgh, Bowling Green, Toledo, and Old Dominion are a few of the other programs that reportedly offered the newest Bronco during the recruiting process.
A three-star prospect, Shaw is currently considered the 77th running back, and 1,121st overall recruit in the class of 2016 according to the 247Sports Composite.
One of the top overall classes in the Mid-American Conference, Shaw's pledge gives P.J. Fleck, and the WMU coaching staff 23 commitments.
