That didn't take long. Within 24 hours, Western Michigan has added three commitments to their 2017 recruiting class. You can read up on the other two commits here.
On Monday evening, dual-threat quarterback Reyondous Estes announced his commitment to Western Michigan on his Twitter page.

Estes chose the Broncos over reported offers from Illinois and Jackson State. He was also receiving plenty of interest from multiple Power 5 conference programs, however all of them (including Illinois) were recruiting him as an athlete.
"Position played the major key cause i wanted to play QB on the next level and all my offers were ATH. Other then WMU & Jackson State."
In a recent conversation with Hustle Belt, Estes talked about other items that he enjoyed about WMU.
"Its a great program for me I like the campus and the coaching staff I fell in love the minute I walked into the door and its something that I'll be going into my freshman year able to compete for a starting job and have a chance to start."
Estes also explained that he had plenty of help in making this decision as he talked things over with his high school coaches, his family, as well as WMU's staff.
"The commitment was a good decision and something I thought on and talked over with coaching staff and family. They supported me the whole way and was behind me 100%."
Estes is extremely athletic and possesses plus speed for a quarterback. Estes is currently a two-sport athlete at East St. Louis High School as he also plays basketball. Overall, Estes has the ability to be an impact player the second he steps foot onto campus in Kalamazoo.
However, don't just take our word on Estes's abilities. Check him out for yourself by watching his junior highlight courtesy of Hudl below.
